Who we are
Talelike is run by KJ Venture ApS (AI Softwarehus), CVR 45174344, Johan Kellers Vej 18, 4. tv., 2450 København, Denmark. You reach us at [email protected].
These terms apply when you create a Talelike account or use the service.
The service
Talelike is an online service for building and running a website, with tools for pages and articles, customers (CRM), search, statistics, email and a shop. Which tools you get depends on your plan; the pricing page lists them.
Some tools need setting up first or rely on outside services with their own costs, for example a payment provider for your shop or your own domain for mailboxes. The pricing page says which.
Your account
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, and the details you give us must be correct. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you invite do. Each of them signs in as themselves with a role: owner, editor, viewer or cashier.
Plans and prices
There are three plans: Free at DKK 0, Pro at DKK 99 and Business at DKK 299 per month. Extra mailboxes on Pro and Business cost DKK 9 each per month. All prices are in Danish kroner and include Danish VAT.
If we change the price of your plan, we tell you before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Billing and renewal
Paid plans are invoiced monthly in advance, and no card is needed. The first invoice arrives on the 1st of the month after you sign up and goes to the invoice email you give us. Your plan renews by itself each month until you cancel it. There is no lock-in.
Changing plan
You can’t switch plan with a button yet. Write to [email protected], or send a request under Account → Support when you’re signed in, and we change it for you. We confirm the price and the date of the change before anything is invoiced.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. If you cancel within 30 days of starting your first paid plan, our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund of what you have paid for the plan. If your Business plan came with a domain, the domain registration is not part of the guarantee: the price of its first year is deducted from the refund, and the domain stays registered in your name. After those 30 days, a month that has started is not refunded.
If you are a consumer, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish law. The cancellation and refund policy explains all of this step by step.
Acceptable use
Use Talelike lawfully and fairly. You may not use it to:
- publish illegal content or content that infringes other people’s rights
- send spam or email to people who have not agreed to receive it
- spread malware, phish or deceive
- try to get around security, reach other customers’ data or overload the service
If an account breaks these rules, we can suspend or close it.
Your content
Your content is yours: your pages, articles, images, products, customers and messages. You give us permission to store, process and show it only so far as needed to run Talelike for you. We don’t use it for anything else. When you use an AI feature, the text or images involved are sent to an AI provider to produce the result.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.
Personal data
How we handle personal data about you is in our privacy notice. For personal data you handle in Talelike, such as your customers and visitors, our data processing agreement is part of these terms.
Availability
We work to keep Talelike running and secure, and we back up your data every night. We can’t promise that the service will always be available or free of errors, and we may need short breaks for maintenance. We keep improving Talelike, so features can change over time.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost business.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Law and disputes
Danish law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you can also complain to the Danish complaints board, Nævnenes Hus, at naevneneshus.dk.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters for you, we tell account owners by email before it takes effect. If you don’t want to continue on the new terms, you can cancel.
