For teams

Give shared work a clear home

A CMS for small teams who share one website. Pages, images and customers live in one place, and everyone who helps gets a clear role.

Illustration: four people walk together to one open pavilion by a lake, each carrying their part of the work.

Share the work on every page

One person drafts a page, another adds the images, someone checks it in preview, and an owner or editor publishes it. Everyone sees the same pages, articles and media.

How publishing works

Illustration: five people at a lakeside pavilion put up pictures together. One draws at a stone desk. A seated woman presses a framed picture into her board while Robin, the flower-crowned forest dryad, lowers it in. A man and a woman hang pictures on the pavilion wall, then step back.

A clear role for each person

Each person has their own sign-in and the access their work needs.

  • Owner: works on everything, including people and settings
  • Editor: creates and changes content
  • Viewer: looks around without changing anything
  • Cashier: works the shop’s till, where you have one

Share customers and tasks

With CRM switched on for your account, the whole team shares contacts, companies, deals and tasks. Every task carries a name and a deadline, and notes stay on the record. Owners and editors write; viewers read.

More about the CRM

How working together works today

Today, working together in Talelike means shared access with clear roles. Each person works on their own changes. There is no live co-editing of the same page, no shared cursors, no comment threads and no approval workflow.

Good to know. If two people change the same page, agree who publishes. The preview shows what will go out.

Choose the right setup for your team

Each plan includes a different mix of tools, such as the shop, mailboxes and follow-ups. CRM is switched on account by account. We set your team up with you, so just tell us who needs access.
