Understand add-ons and setup
A few tools need setting up before they work, and a few services cost money outside your plan:
- Shop: a payment provider you connect. Its fees are separate.
- Mailboxes: your own domain, set up for mail.
- Email: a sender for your domain before anything goes out.
- CRM: switched on for your account, together with us.
- Search reports: an outside connection. Your own traffic figures work without it.
Questions before you choose
Can I start free?
Yes. Free is the plan for trying Talelike with one website. It has no paid add-ons; for those you move to Pro or Business.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You move to another plan within the same account, and your pages, articles and media stay right where they are.
How do I cancel?
Send us a request under Account → Support when you are signed in, or write to [email protected]. There is no lock-in: your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan with your content intact.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you cancel within 30 days of starting your first paid plan, Pro or Business, you get a full refund of what you have paid for the plan. No reason needed. If your Business plan came with a domain, the domain registration is not part of the guarantee: the price of its first year is deducted from the refund, and the domain stays registered in your name. After those 30 days, a month that has started is not refunded.
Is CRM part of my plan?
CRM is enabled per account rather than by plan. Ask us and we will go through it with you.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes Danish VAT, and it is always shown that way.
